The Investment

Custom Built Packages
All Saved By Sara contracts are 6 or 12 months in commitment and begin on the 1st or 15th of the month. *A cancellation policy is in place if needed.
Time Commitment
All Saved By Sara clients are billed on a monthly flat rate. (no surprise fees, yay!) All packages start around $85 an hour for a minimum of 10 hours a month, with packages going as high as 60 hours a month.

To lock in your start date, be sure to sign our contact, and pay your first month's invoice in full 7 days before the contract start date.

Kick Off Call
On your given start date, we will schedule an hour long kick off call to align on priorities and processes for your business to ensure support is executed to the best of our ability right away.
Moving Forward
A formal proposal will be in your inbox within 24 hours. However, if you decide this isn't the service for you, we can help provide referrals that may be more aligned with your needs!

Of course! We have the ability to manage, collaborate and communicate with any internal employees or stakeholders to ensure task completion is on time. (we know you wear a lot of hats and can't always be in contact!)

During our discovery call, we will touch on communication style to ensure that we align on a happy medium that works for both of us.

No! If we do not already know one of your business tools, we do not charge you for the extra time we take to learn it. Of course, we will have questions and appreciate any SOPs you may have, but that is on us to learn without added investment from you.
